I just have to say that in all honesty, I am much less safe of a driver when I am trying to figure out my headsets (I have two - a bluetooth and a corded one) than I am actually holding my phone to my ear.
I'm so free, I don't have any kind of phone except a corded one that gets put out on a desk in the middle of the T.V. room a couple hours a day. NO TALKING ON THE PHONE FOR ME! I don't miss it either. MOM

I can appreciate the theory of safety, but I am SO glad this law has not come to Utah yet.
