January 2020

A little impromptu photo shoot for Peyton out front of Grandma & Grandpa's

What a beautiful January day! The pool looked good that day.

Good morning from Tucker & Jamie

The view of the living room. Seems to always be changing, and rugs don't last terribly long because of the dogs mistaking them for a toilet!

I was tired of the bright colors of all our mixtiles in the hallway and decided to print black and white prints and insert them into the frames. A nice change!

Really love this screenshot from a video of Jordyn teaching a little ballet class at the dance company.

Gigi thinks Tucker is cooking for her...always!

Jamie on a rainy day at age 42.

Reggie came to visit the dancers at TDC with his new baby. Jordyn, Lexi and Peyton were all there.

On an O&M lesson with Ella on her high school campus, her freshman year.

Kiki is so fluffy in the winter!

Had to capture my cute outfit as I was leaving to take Peyton to school one morning. I was obviously NOT ready for work yet!

I love my girls so much, Peyton and Lexi. Such cute sisters.

A family outing and road trip. We took Jason with us too, to his first concert "Rex Orange County". We also made it a two day trip and had a day at Magic Mountain, too.

Just working on the computer, like usual!

TDC Elite Team Showcase 2020 was our very first showcase at the Little Theatre instead of the studio. It was so much better!

Walking with Isaiah, one of my favorite students!

Peyton with her friends, Zoey and Scarlett.

I taught my family a little yoga class, look at these sisters.

Part of the way through yoga training, we had a training with Tawnee Sterios. It was a beautiful weekend, as always!

My very first time teaching a group of adults was super scary. I co-taught with Jason and this other girl that I'm somehow blanking on somehow right now as I type this! Which is sad because I love her.

No idea what Roberta and I were up to here at the studio, but I sure love her!

Here are the team dances, solo and duets from this year: Take An Angel, Waves, Roxie, Lonely, Moving On, Impermanence, Mother, Joy, and leave a light on.

This was so special, Jeannine made a counted cross stitch of a dandelion and another one for my mom that says "I love you a bushel and a peck". Aren't these sweet and beautiful?

Parker, Peyton and a mirror selfie!

Another outing with Isaiah, always finding a way to get treats on a lesson!

And one of the things I'll remember most in my child-raising years is Peyton and her time at the kitchen table doing homework. Simultaneously resisting homework and asking for help!
