My girls playing "school" out back in the beautiful 70 degree weather.
As always, Jordyn is the teacher
Who doesn't love the fall leaves? The colors are breathtaking!
I love our lemon tree! Look at these beautiful lemons!
Peyton really watches her big sisters! I looked over at her today and this is what she did all by herself! Purse on arm and baby in hand.
Things I DON'T love today:
The barren trees, like this crepe myrtle. It used to have such vibrant colors all over it!

Drop some rat poison over the fence:) Go to my friend Kellys site on my blog and get her recipe for lemon pound cake. It is my favorite treat and you have all the lemons needed for it!
I'm laughing!
We have 2 Greyhound dogs over our fence that bark non-stop when they are out. The tone of their barks is a lot deeper but none the less sooooo annoying! You can't do to much about it.
Oh, wait, the cops here in our town are very bored. You could get them to check it out everyday! It wouldn't make the bark go away I'm afraid. And by the looks on those dogs they are well groomed and cared for like "children" ha ha good luck.
MOM
that has to be one of my biggest pet peeves, especially when it wakes you up in the night, and you lay there and listen to it. I have often invisioned in my life getting little mussles(sp?) and handing them to the neighbors as a hint. At least you know they will be moving soon!
Mmmm, I want one of your lemons, please! And I want to kiss those adorable cheeks of Peyton's. And I want to sit in Jordyn's "classroom". And I definitely wouldn't mind such perfect weather! The barking dogs can stay away, though! Do you want Chase to come and eat them?
Jamie, I had the most annoying barking dog behind us! I finally called the "barking dog hotline" in our city and guess what? No more barking dog! I mean it was 24-7 of yap, yap, yap. Almost drove me insane. Your girls are so adorable. I love that they play school - something I think all little girls do.
Sorry dog lovers...I'm a barking dog hater. And I have repeatedly called the humane society on those suckers. They don't do anything drastic, just a few warnings and then a ticket but it works! I even got up in the middle of the night one night to go over to my neighbors...that helped too!
I know, I don't want to be a rude neighbor, but I cannot live with yapping dogs all day long. I wonder if people just don't realize their dogs do it when they're gone? I am even more thankful now for my dog who, even though she sheds, does not bark EVER!!!!!!
Nice job on the pics Jay, you are looking more and more creative and professional with your photos all the time!
