Just Eggs?

So, today I ran into the store because I JUST needed eggs. Really, that is ALL I needed.

I ran in for eggs, and came out with:

1. Eggs, of course
2. Hawaiian Rolls
3. An onion
4. Broccoli
5. Grapes
6. Limon chips
7. Baked Ruffles
8. Ben and Jerry's mint ice cream with brownies
9. Carrots

How does that happen? Or WHY? If I sent Tucker to the store for eggs, there is a 99.9% chance he would come home with JUST eggs (except for last night when I was craving Fruit Loops and he DID get some dental floss too[without being asked]....paid twice as much at Save Mart for it too, but that's beside the point).

Today I went to the store for milk...came home with Lucky Charms cereal (remember there are no kids in my home), a box of nutty bars, and come candy. Hmmm, SOMEONE around here must be craving SUGAR!! I hear ya... I have no explanation except for our "lavish" American lifestyles. And buying an extra bag of chips isn't going to break the bank...so it is a mini-splurge, which makes us feel a little excited.

That's exactly why winder dairy is saving me so much $$$. Glad I'm not the only that goes in to a store and comes out with a million other things.

I just came down stairs from putting away $90 worth of groceries, I only needed to run to Smiths to get Jade some poster-board for her school project, Mac and Cheese ingredients, and some fruit. Instead my counter was covered in grocery bags. Go figure. Your SO not alone!

Can totally relate.. last night I went to the store to buy yogurt- well yogurt turned into fun drinks, string cheese, grapes, raisins, and two boxes of cereals..

I always end up getting those things that seem so necessary because they are on sale and I can't miss a good deal! Mike is the opposite- I will send him to the store for two things, and he will come home with bags! And he does not even check prices- grrrr! He pays $3 for a can of soup, when I can get it at Target for half that!
