Girls + Swimming = FUN!

So, we've been having a great visit with Jessica and her girls. It is really so funny to look around and see seven girls under the age of 8 running around and to think that we created all of them. We've had lots of fun reminiscing on the good ol' college days and all the hours spent wondering who we'd marry, when we'd marry, when we'd have kids.....and now we know the answers!

We've done lots of hanging out, talking......and, thanks to the girls, my bedroom has been set up like a Barbie village for days now :-). Most of all, they've loved swimming! In this heat, what the heck else is there to do? Thank heavens my parents have a pool!

6/7 of the girls in our backyard

Jessica and her youngest, Reyse (9 months old)

This is everyone voting to make COOKIES! (I always crave baking when it's 110+ outside)

Peyton thinks Reyse is a baby doll and wants to love her too much. Luckily, their naps have been opposite eachother a lot!
The moms - aren't we still just 19 year old college kids?

Jessica was quite fun with all the girls. Kindly throwing them off the diving board over and over. This is her oldest, Baylee doing a fun acrobatic jump!

This is the line-up of girls chasing after Jessica....

And Peyton is a determined (21 month old) kid and wants to copy all the big girls. She was obsessed with the diving board, but wouldn't jump.

"C'mon Pey, Mommy will catch you!!"

Jessica, with three of her girls Baylee (8), Taytum (6) and Payge (4).

More fun to come..................

I love your acrobatic move on the diving board that you are doing to get your daughter into the pool. That is so funny. I do not know what we would do if my in-laws did not have a pool when we went to visit CA in the blistering heat. Hopefully they will have a pool in their new home or I can talk my parents into getting themselves a pool. :)

Looks like a lot of fun in the sun. I bet you both talk about the possibility or probability of having a boy.

Jessica! Do you EVER age!?! You look just the same, beautiful! I can't get over how big the girls look, oh my goodness! Has it really been that long since you left Vegas? I'm glad you are able to get some good "girlfriend" fun in, looks like a blast! Good luck with the rest of your trip!

Jamie, you are right, that is something else with all the girls under the age of 8! You guys have done good! What an incredible girly time it must be around there. I don't blame Tucker for hiding out at all! I think he needs some Paxton time. hehe :) I don't know what you were worried about at the beginning of the summer, you are managing to keep your summer full and fun! Way to go!!!
