Update on my blackberry bush/vine...I harvested my first "crop" today! A big bowl of scrumptious blackberries and it seems as though I'll be getting quite a few more crops before the summer is over! It's very satisfying to eat fruit you've known since it was planted as a little tiny seedling. Now I'm starting to sound a little crazy...

Hey, that was really fast! Mine look nothing like that. Could be because the high today was probably 70 or lower. Those look yummy. Send some my way!

Congrats on the beautiful berries! I wish it were possible to stick my hand through the screen to munch on a few of those! One of my favorite fruits! Good job, green thumb!
