For Mrs. Stone, 2nd grade is reason for adventure. She loves every single thing she does with these kids sooooo much. The spaghetti western is one of the many annual events in her “Trip Across America” theme. The kids wear western clothes, have spaghetti and breadsticks, and texas chocolate sheetcake. I really think these kids FEEL like they’ve actually visited many places across the USA without ever leaving the classroom.
This year, she asked me to pick up the breadsticks, make the texas chocolate sheetcake and be the photographer. Here are the girls and the boys in their very serious poses :-)
