New Day


While in Utah, I was inspired by my father-in-law's smoothie making skills. He makes at least one smoothie a day and puts anything fresh he has in the house.

I figured today I will try to eat almost NO carbs since I have overdone it lately. Try to balance myself backout.

This morning, I started off with a smoothie. I put:

an orange

a peach

a banana

frozed blueberries

strawberry yogurt

some milk and ice


Made enough for Tucker and I to share. Yumm!

Just add spinach now- you can't taste it but it is so good for you.
