If you turn your head to the right a bit, you can see a bunny made out of bread with lots of fixin's around him! Courtesy of my creative sis in law Annie! We also had a delicious dinner accompanying this bunny, thanks to Jeannine.
This was hilarious. Maren had these HUGE earrings, so I dared her to wear them to dinner and act like she didn't notice they were unusually huge. So my mother in law was like "what in the world is Maren wearing?!" when she walked in. They looked a lot huger in person than this pic shows.
No kidding, 60 seconds before the kids walked outside for the easter egg hunt, it started POURING rain! Needless to say, it was the fastest egg hunt in history!! They were all really wet after only one minute out there!
Cousins getting ready for the traditional egg smashing to begin!
Maren and Tucker go head to head...
And all these three (River 3, Peyton 2, and Brock 2) care about is their thumbs!

We got home to CA really really late on Easter night, so I asked the Easter bunny to come the next day. He was glad to oblige me. Here are the simple baskets we had, with the much-loved bunny foot prints the Easter bunny leaves at our house.
Good morning sleepy head!!!
