So this was our year to spend Thanksgiving with Tucker’s side of the family. But it was also Lexi’s 8th birthday and the best time to do her baptism. So Tucker’s parents planned to come out here for it. We were thrilled! His siblings all tried to plan the same thing, but it got too difficult for some of them. The Cutlers were able to make it (Maren, Greg and all four kids) and we were so happy. I know what a sacrifice it was for them to drive out here, and it meant a lot to us! We had a really fun week and made lots of memories. The only downfall for me was struggling with a bladder infection/kidney infection a good part of the week and I just didn’t feel like myself. But I pushed through it and enjoyed our time together!
Highlights:
-Lexi turned 8 ON Thanksgiving and requested a double chocolate cake
-I felt like crap most the week
-Tucker beat Neal in golf for the first time in his entire life (although it was an admitted crappy game for Neal)
-Jeannine and I got a pedicure
-Maren Jeannine and I had a two hour personal shopping evening at Trinkets trying on clothes
-Neal made candy with the girls
-Jeannine cooked her very first Thanksgiving dinner NOT in her own kitchen!
-We went to Pismo for a day – it was amazingly sunny and beautiful and I ran into Janessa & Patty Adamson on the beach (grew up with them) RANDOM!
-Brock and Peyton are twins

Yes, very random. It was great to see you though. How in the world do you take such beautiful picutres. I thought that if I bought a more expensive camera then the pictures would turn out better, NOT SO! I guess I need lessons or something because your pictures are so beautiful!
