Las Vegas Dance Convention - Last Day

So the final day arrived and held mixed emotions. I am certainly ready to be away from crowds and fake air freshener a that attempt to cover up smoke. And while the girls do seem exhausted, they also are feeling sad to be officially ending a great dance year.

We got to bed late last night and I told the girls that they could miss their first class which started at 7:30, and just go ahead and start with the 8:30 class. But they insisted they still get up early and start at 730. They all worked really hard and put all the effort to the classes! I am very proud of them.

The Beatles LOVE show is held at the Mirage so they have this fun photo spot.

All week, Jordyn kept talking about wanting to go on the roller coaster at the New York New York Hotel. Peyton also wanted to go, but you had to be 54 inches tall and she did not make the cut. On our way out of Vegas, we stopped at the hotel so Jordyn and Tucker could ride the roller coaster. Jordyn changed her mind last minute, but Tucker knew she would regret that, so he prodded her along and she seems happy in the end! They said it was a jerky roller coaster, but fun and thrilling. It was "only" $14 each!

Everywhere you turn in Vegas they try get you to spend money. Even before you get to the roller coaster, you have to wall thru a huge arcade where almost every game is a dollar to play! Luckily, I only had 10 quarters to my name!

I forgot to blog that Tucker was able to meet up with Ryan "Corky" Livingston for dinner one night. They haven't seen each other for several years, so was good to catch up.

Tucker casually put a $20 bill in the machine one night, and just happened to win $300 bucks! Luckily he knows how to stop while he's ahead!

While tucker was golfing, he and one of the guys were hiding under a tree while it was pouring a random rainstorm.

And finally on our way home! I'm sure our little puppies can't wait to see yes! We had Emily Hale house sit for us which makes me feel a little bit better. It was a blessing to be able to do this trip and support the girls and their dancing endeavors!
