Las Vegas Dance Convention Day 2

All ready for convention classes!! Bright and early! We went downstairs at 8:00 am, while Tucker headed out golfing with a few other "dance dads".

This is Peyton's very first time participating in the workshop classes. Usually it is only for travel team, but I got permission to add her so she could participate while we are here. It is great experience for her, and that way she doesn't just have to be bored the whole day.

This kid has no fear. She just jumps right in with so much enthusiasm.

Her room is called the minis, which are girls ages 6 to 9. She said the ballroom class was her favorite!

Jordyn and Lexi's group is called the juniors. There's is double the size of Peytons. These are girls ages 10 through 12. One of their favorite classes is musical theater (or theataaahhh...as he says it), with Eddie Strahan. He is so, so, so awesome.

Here is a sample of one of the days schedules for their groups.

These next few pics are from just before they did their final performance of their trio "Turn to Stone". They have really grown do much this year and a bug part if that us what they learned in their trio. We love Miss Jessie so much!

It was amazingly emotional before and after. You can just feel the love! This is after they got off stage.

We went to M&M world and Hard Rock Cafe tonight with the Trigueiro family. It was fun! And boy oh boy...the things you see on the strip!! Most of it not for little eyes at all!!

(Silly pics watching the little 3D movie about the m&m's)

When we got back, I needed a breather so I walked across the street and hung out inside Sephora for 1 1/2 hours trying on makeup and nail polish. That's my kind of fun! Tucker took the kids to see a fire show in front of our hotel, then got them to bed for another early morn tomorrow.
