Carly came out for a week to help with Kristy, since she was very sick in the hospital and not doing well. Although that was stressful, it was also fun to have Carly spend some time with us. She picked up the kids from school while I worked, hung out with us (and our animals!) and went on two lessons with me to see how the blind are taught! She even let me blindfold her and do a tiny lesson with her - which was very enlightening!
And, we discovered the BEST Acai bowls around! They are HUGE for only $8
Peyton had a "Mother's Day Tea" day at school. We got to come and sit at our child's desk, be served cookies and tea/lemonade, and be presented with a special poem written just for us.
So sweet!
Parker had her 8th birthday party out at the Woods' barn, and there is quite a huge group of girls that love each other....with awide range of ages!
Just a few snapshots of our pets.
We got to skip a bit of school and go watch grandma perform with Harmony.
