Bittersweet. Life is full of bitter sweet things. We are always sad to leave Utah and say goodbye! But then we are also excited to come home. Nothin like your own bed! It’s so fun to come home to sweet welcome notes/posters! And our animals were SOOOO thrilled to see us. We had our friend Danielle housesit for us while we were gone for over two weeks, since we have a zoo of six animals (two dogs, one cat and three bunnies) now.
But we also came home to the awesome treat of having Alyson visit from Logan for two weeks! Its a summer tradition now and the girls cannot wait for her to arrive. Alyson is so sweet and gets along so well with everyone. Jordyn and her were literally inseparable the entire time and I’m not sure they even had one disagreement. It’s pretty amazing.
Matching jammies! I don’t think the kids went to bed before 11:00 pm during Alyson’s whole visit. It was a big huge two week party. My mom does a great job at making the most of the short time we get with her. Not a second was wasted!
We had to re-create our Easter dress pictures as much as possible. Kylee wasn’t at church that day, but at least we got most the kids!
Alyson goes back and forth between our house and Grandma’s (and a night at Lyrics too). Somehow she and Jordyn thought it was comfortable to fit on Jordyn’s twin bed together, laying opposite directions.
