Disneyland #3

Disneyland is typically such a rare treat, it's been strange to visit so many times within a few month period of time.  It almost feels over-indulgent!  But it's created some fun family trips and memories for sure.

 

Our annual passes are good through next January, so we are trying to make them "worth it" since they aren't very cheap.  We've more than paid for them by going three times this year so far, and we will continue to go in the fall.  This was our final "hurrah" till September though, because Summer is so crowded and hot, it's not really worth it.

 

This trip started on my birthday, so that was a fun additional factor.  Disneyland really makes a big deal out of birthdays, so it was fun for me and the kids. 

We had so many things go wrong this trip, but it just added to the memories!  Lynn had ordered the room to be adorned with balloons, treats and fun things they do for someone's bday, but they did NOT do it.  That started off a wild goose chase and domino effect of switching several rooms, getting free upgrades to two suites, and getting the birthday package for FREE.  It was quite the adventure!  Luckily Lynn and Tucker like to be assertive until they get what they deserve...in the end, it all paid off.

 

These pictures are totally out of order and I don't feel like trying to arrange them.  So they are a potpourri of fun!

 

The big surprise is getting P!nk Concert Tickets for my birthday!!  I was SO surprised and am so excited!  It's on October 12 at the Staples Center in LA.

We got the girls all matching shirts this time, cheap ones from old navy, because it's so much easier to spot all of them in a crowd.

 

This was a HOT trip. In the upper 90s the entire time.  I have to admit it adds a different element to things when it's that hot!  At least for the adults like me it does, kids don't seem to care!
