So, last summer, Mindy told me she was going to be presenting at a technology conference (specifically for educators) in San Diego. She invited me to come with her and stay in her hotel room. I thought it sounded fun.
Well, fast forward a year (or blink your eyes twice, because it felt that fast) and the conference was here! I registered for $200 (student discount!) and met Mindy down in San Diego. It was so fun…the girl time, the friends of hers I met, the classes I was able to attend…all of it! My mind was officially on overload at all the amazing Apps available for children/teachers/etc. I sure hope our school district gets up to speed and at least gets one iPad or iPod in the entire district! But that’s another rant for another day.
