One of the reasons I like softball season is because once the games start, there are only 6 Saturdays full of games. However, that comes with about 10 weeks of practices and every Saturday has TWO games per team. Since Jo and Pey are both doing it, that is FOUR games for us each Saturday. Every Tues/Thurs they have practice from 5:00-6:30 at two different fields.
Neither of them are IN LOVE with softball, but they are having fun with it and it’s fun to see them challenged. Although it’s hard to fit it into our lives, it’s also a great time of year weather-wise, and it also gets us outdoors together.
Jordyn has coach Ruben again, who we LOVE. Peyton has Coach Valerie…who is okay. Her assistant Ginger is better. But just not quite as dynamic as Jordyn’s. Jordyn’s team is “FEARLESS” and Peyton’s is the “GRASSHOPPERS”.

That is a lot of softball! I keep telling Rich that Saturdays were a lot more relaxing before we had kids.....well, so was the entire week. Go Peyton and Jordyn!
