*Disclaimer, I'm writing this about 14 months later, so the details are hazy sadly!
We got to help Hannah move into her new apartment across town in Fresno
Peyton Wood's soccer playoff games are freezing cold and exciting. Fun to support her!
My little student with her cane.

Paris and Hit the Road dances.
Competition season is always so fun and busy. Lots of memories are always made during these special months.

Such a supportive dance dad!
Peyton had this inspiration picture for re-doing her room. I told her we'd do it during spring break, so we did! We started out with a grey that was too dark and a little blue. And after one wall, I realized it and decided to be smart and stop, and go get more paint. I think it turned out cute. We just learned that grey was insanely hard to match!
I love this picture of Roberta watching the stage at competition. So much pride in her face.
Rewinding a bit...this prop was the hardest so far, for sure. Roberta wanted an Eiffel Tower, but also wanted it to be easily portable. It was the biggest challenge for me and we started out with this gross foam version. It looked so cheap, we were like NO.
So, then we proceeded to do a wooden version. I was SOOOO close to giving up. It felt impossible. But I pushed past it one more time and went to home depot, and came up with an idea. The end result looked great, the big downfall was that I couldn't make it smaller or foldable as I had hoped. It wasn't too heavy, but it was a big awkward!
Dance Friends!

For Jordyn's 16th birthday, we did a few things. The friend party was at Salazar's where I hired someone to do Paint Nite with a big group of friends, and she chose a beach themed painting. It was really fun!
Jordyn and Molly asked Amber's brothers, the Fagundes twins to go to Sadie's with them. They had a Star Wars theme.
Michelle had a St. Patty's Day party at her house. It was really fun!

More competition!
I finished Danielle's wedding invitation.
I love these special moments with the girls before competition
Rehearsals with Roberta
My cute little student, Angela.
Our first year doing a recital retreat and it was SO productive. The goal is to trap us in a room for like 15 hours and MAKE us finish a ton of recital prep together. We have felt so much better the last two years doing this.
