Christmas Programs
(This is my first post from the blogger app on my iphone)
Since the girls are still at three separate schools, we had three different Christmas festivities going on. Then we also had out ward Christmas party.
Jordyn had her very first band concert! It was in the evening and very well done. All the kids at Clay school participate in choir so there was also beautiful singing. In addition to our family, Grandma and Lyric were able to come!
Peyton's kindergarten Christmas program was during the day, and I was not able to go! So sad- the first one I've ever missed! Luckily tucker was able to attend. She was so nervous and said she would NOT go on stage, but ended up being front & center! Then they went back to her classroom to decorate gingerbread houses.
Lexi did not actually have a program. But Mr Hofer has a tradition of making these really cool wood Santas with the kids. She loved that.
All the girls' schools did canned food drives, some sponsored a specific family in need, and another participated in a toy drive. I'm grateful for that.
They have a tradition of decorating Gingerbread houses with their activity day group (Sister Huff). This was Lyrics first time going since she is now 8!
